These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the BREATHE.DESIGN.LOVE. course (the "Course"), provided by Alexander Greig Architect ("the Provider," "we," "us"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of the Course, you (the "Student," "you") agree to these Terms.
The Course is delivered in modules: Breathe 101 (free), Design 101 through Design 107, and LOVE 101 (free) as a celebration session, together with optional 1-on-1 and small group live design sessions. Purchasing a module gives you lifetime access to that module's self-study content. Not all modules are available for purchase yet; current availability and pricing are shown on the sales page at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in USD. Pricing is subject to change for future purchases, including scheduled increases on set dates, but any change will never affect a module you have already purchased. Payments are processed securely through our third party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Each module purchase includes 3 live tutor sessions over a 21 day window. After that window closes, you can renew live session access either by purchasing another module, which grants a fresh 21 day window, or by purchasing a standalone live session subscription. Community access, the Pattern Language Lab for paid students and the Design Forward Collective for free tier students, is separate from live session access and is free and lifetime once you join.
We offer a full refund on any module, at any time during the Course, provided you can show genuine evidence that you worked through the techniques and they did not work for you. This is not a no questions asked policy, we ask for this evidence because we would rather help you get unstuck first, and because it helps us keep improving the Course. To request a refund, contact us with your evidence of effort and we will respond promptly.
Your login is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend or terminate access for any Student who shares account access, misuses the community spaces, or breaches these Terms or the Design Disclaimer.
All Course materials, written content, workbooks, videos, and the Analytical Guru Specification Workbook, are the intellectual property of the Provider and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute Course materials without our written permission. Full intellectual property terms are set out in the Design Disclaimer.
The Course is educational in nature and does not guarantee any specific design, financial, or construction outcome. Full detail on the educational scope of the Course, assumption of risk, and limitation of liability is set out in the Design Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before enrolling.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Course, our pricing, or our obligations. Changes will apply to future purchases and will not remove any right you already have in relation to a module you have already purchased.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, without limiting any right you may have as a consumer under New Zealand law where you reside outside New Zealand.
